📋 Staff applications

A structured application form + an internal staff vote on each candidate - more thorough than a plain ticket where everything is discussed in free-form chat.

Several "tracks" per server

You can open more than one at once - e.g. Moderator and Event Helper - each with its own questions, review channel, roles and settings. A candidate picks which one they're applying for.

/candidature postuler

⏳ A minimum time on the server can be required before applying (anti-troll, configurable per track, 7 days by default) - it's about how long you've been a member of THIS server, not the age of your Discord account.

You can't apply if you already hold the track's staff role, if you already have a pending application for that same track, or during a cooldown period after a rejection on that track (configurable, 30 days by default) - but a rejection on one track never blocks applying to a different one.

Deciding

On Accept, any number of roles configured for that track are granted at once (e.g. both a general Staff role and a specific Moderator role), and the candidate is notified by DM. On Reject, they're also notified by DM.

↩️ A safety net stays available: a "Cancel decision" button remains on the message after Accept/Reject, for the same roles authorized to decide. Clicking it puts the application back to pending and removes any role that had been granted - a miss-click or a change of mind is never final.

Other commands

🧪 Still in beta testing. Ask an admin to join the beta program (/beta optin) to try it early.

Set up every track (questions, review channel, staff/decision roles, granted roles, minimum tenure, cooldown, discussion thread, reminder delay) from the dashboard (Applications page).
