📨 Summon
One command to call a member in for a talk: it gives a role, sends a DM, posts an announcement in a dedicated channel, logs the action and leaves a note on their moderation record - all at once.
/convoc membre raison
- Requires the Manage Messages permission.
raisonis always required. - On use: the configured role is given to the member, a DM is sent, an announcement is posted in the dedicated channel (with a ping), a note is added to their
/fichemembrerecord, and a log is sent to the moderation log channel.
Message template
The text sent (DM and channel announcement) follows a template set per server, with variables {user} (mention) and {raison} - no hardcoded wording.
Tracking a convocation
- An "I've seen it" button on the DM and the announcement lets the member acknowledge - the state moves from pending to seen.
- A "Mark as handled" button - on the channel announcement AND the moderation log if one is configured - lets any staff member with Manage Messages close it out once the matter is settled - the state moves to handled.
- The total number of convocations for a member is shown on their
/fichemembrerecord, to spot repeat cases.
🧪 Still in beta testing. Ask an admin to join the beta program (
/beta optin) to try it early.Set the role, the announcement channel and the message template from the dashboard (Convocation page).
