🏷️ Role management

Automatic roles on join, self-assignable roles, and mass assignment.

Auto-role (dashboard → Auto-role)

• One or more roles given automatically to every new member (bots can get a different role).
• ⏳ Temporary roles on join - a role given on arrival then removed automatically after the chosen duration (e.g. a "New" badge for 24 h, a trial access). Removal is checked every 30 seconds and survives a bot restart. Own toggle on the card.
• 🎙️ Voice role - given when a member joins a voice channel, removed when they leave. Own toggle, independent from the main auto-role switch.
• Works together with the captcha: give the base role after verification instead.
