🔗 Server bridge

Link a channel to a channel on another server: messages are relayed both ways.

How to set it up

1. In the first channel: /lien create - you get a code.
2. In the other server's channel: /lien join code:<code>.
3. Messages are now relayed both ways, with each author's name and avatar (via webhooks).
